This home has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 carport spaces, a covered gated front patio, an enclosed back patio an office space and a gated backyard. You will enter through the spacious covered patio where you can enjoy your morning and evening beverage with beautiful views of the mountain. The bedrooms are to your left. The Guest bedroom accommodates a queen bed set, a TV and the views of the mountains. The guest bathroom is a tub and shower combo. The Master has a King bed set, a his and her closet, a TV, a full length mirror, and a walk in shower in the bathroom. The great room is a large light and bright open space with reclining sofa and chair, a 55" smart TV for a quiet movie night. Meal prepping is a breeze in the functional galley kitchen. The dining set seats six comfortably. There's an extra space for multi purpose use of an office or craft or exercise room. Access to Green Valley Rec satellite center that has 32×70 foot sparkling swimming pool with an adjacent spa, shuffleboard courts with shaded seating, horseshoes, and a multipurpose room with a kitchenette. It is walking distance. Green Valley AZ is just 25 miles south of Tucson. I LOVED this place. The minute I stepped in it felt like home. I wanted to move in. I was so clean and spacious. I recommend staying her to everyone. Everything in this property was as advertised. Clean, neat a great location and a fantastic view of the Santa Rita mountains which was great for morning coffee and an afternoon wine. Three of us came to Green Valley to bike, hike, and play pickleball. We all had a great time and the house worked out great. We had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and we felt like we were at a friend’s house.

Great House!
We loved this house. Great location! Close to everything restaurants and shopping. Just a short walk to pool and Hot tub. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen Stocked pretty well. The only thing we were missing is baking dishes to make casseroles. Neighbors are great! Everyone was very friendly and Dog friendly. My pups loved laying in sun on front patio. Thank you to Cheryl for letting us stay in your house. We will definitely come back again. We love Green Valley. Hoping to make it a permanent residence one day.

Convenient Desert Basecamp
We stay at the Casa Paloma complex to be near elderly parents. We were very pleased to find a unit that accepts pets. Please be advised that any kind of RV parking (we had a camper on a truck) in the overlow is not allowed by the HOA unless you are visiting a permanent resident. A VERY nice unit that we will come back to.
