Staff is wonderful but not so much the hotel
The hotel staff was above and beyond kind and helpful. But the condition of the hotel would keep me from booking again. The pictures make it look pretty decent but the hotel needs a big remodel in my opinion.

The place was dirty, and smelled bad. The elevators were run down and some of the buttons didn’t work unless you hit them repeatedly. The smoke detector in my room needed a new battery, and the bathroom sink drain was stuck down. There was no remote for the TV either. I was able to get help from the person at the front counter. They were very helpful and came to the room to replace the battery in the smokie, and grabbed a remote for me from a vacant room across the hall. But they shouldn't have had to do all that. The cleaning crew should've upchanneled all of these things to management, and management should've had these things taken care of and had the room ready before checking anyone into it. I'll never stay here again. I feel for the staff that have to put up with that kind of management.

Only stayed overnight. Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast area was clean though some food finished before 9am. Shower was not working well, and tub was clogged.

Outdated and some of the plugs in the room didn’t work A dog got loose from a room 218 I believe and the owners were yelling at it to go back in the room Water from the toilet kept running Turned the heater on and it wouldn’t turn off Staff was very nice That was the best part of the stay

I was close to giving it five stars. The breakfast deserves ten stars. They cooked potatoes bites, fresh eggs and bacon all you can eat. It was both delicious and filling. I was not expecting the breakfast to be that good. The only real complaint I had was that the room smelled funny and the hotel itself does not seem the cleanest. But, if you're just passing through, I wouldn't let that stop you. If you like a hardy breakfast, this is the only place I would recommend.
