This is a wonderful hotel and my go-to favorite anytime I'm in Tucson! Excellent staff and service, and the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet.

I had the sweet younger woman write her name down along with the other and I misplaced it. Their names both began with D's (almost positive). Lovely to deal with at the front desk. If I were to visit Tucson again this is where I'd stay. The property is beautiful. Very nice buffet breakfast for a fee and some of the best food I've had in a long time at the Cielos restaurant

The room was old and outdated. It was dark and grungy. Limited dining and the breakfast was extremely expensive and was absolutely terrible. The biggest concern i had was that they wouldn't give me a receipt for amenities when I checked out despite the fact that I explained i needed it for work and they said they would. They kept giving me a runaround..had to go to the office multiple times and they were always either too busy or the person at the desk didn't know how. The manager said that she would email me a receipt but never did despite multiple requests. This place seems very sketchy. The surrounding area is extremely shady and unsafe. There were several police chases and robberies nearby and i was very concerned about my vehicle. There was no security, minimal security cameras and or lights in the parking lot. I saw at least 20 homeless people wandering around in the parking lot over the course of my stay. No coffee machine or microwave in the room. Housekeeping was very nice and the gardens and grounds were beautiful. However, i would not stay there ever again for safety reasons and because of the receipt issue.

Excellent place to stay for our 4-person family's first trip to Tucson. Parking was easy and included in our rate, staff was friendly and helpful, and having the restaurant on site was a nice perk after 6 hours of flying without a regular meal. The pool was a hit with the kids even if it was a little cold, and they could just warm up in the hot tub if needed.
