My key card didn't work the first time they coded it and the wifi on site was so low bandwidth it was basically unusable. It's a hotel airport, close and convenient, the staff was nice.

Room had an odor. Not very clean. Light kept flickering ask them to fix, never did. Shower curtain was torn. Iron board broken the room felt dirty. Walls could use a wipe down especially by door handles.

Check-in was easy and quick. Room keys did not work, however, so I had to have them re-do those. Room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling outside the shower. Shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced as it didn't have a lot of pressure. Overall, a fine stay in a good location.

Nice staff, but inaccessible shuttle for scooters
We were fine with our room, and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, we had a companion traveling with us who needed accessible accomodations. The room turned out fine, but the hotel shuttle did not accomodate mobility scooters, which was absolutely necessary for our companion to get to the airport and continue on her trip. This seems to be a large and serious gap in services and accessibility--as an airport hotel, ALL your patrons need to be able to get to the airport or other destinations served by your shuttle. Veterans, elderly, otherly abled, all. I hope this can be addressed in the future. Kudos to the staff for doing their best, they were not responsible for inaccessible shuttle for the mobility impaired guest.
