In progress remodel of property, lots of workers in and out of the building, replacing mattresses, slamming doors at 4:00 am . Trucks everywhere, no where to park. Poorly trained staff at front desk for check in and out, lazy, poor customer service.

the AC broke so to the hotel i go
i booked a room last minute, having had a positive experience with this brand before, i went with them again and I'm glad i did. the only hiccup was a leaking fridge. I'd use them again if i needed to.
