Disclaimer: The property is located in the heart of downtown Tucson, so expect urban noise, such as trains, planes, helicopters, vehicles, and weekend nightlife. Train tracks run through downtown near the property, so we provide noise machines in bedrooms for guests who are light sleepers.

Hoff Avenue House is an urban retreat in the heart of Tucson. The historic three-bedroom, two-bath home has a fenced backyard. Please note that the backyard is not private and is SHARED with other guests who rent the back one-bedroom, one-bath Casita, which is also a Vrbo. (Casita guests will have their own private entrance via a gate and use a front door keypad to enter the Casita.)

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
