Beware
Owners use a 3rd party to manage rental versus directly w/ vrbo. Have issues/questions?, they go to management company, not actual owners. Responses are on 2 of 5 days per week, roughly, since not in office other days. 1st problem occurred after 1st payment made. Informed by management company that "guests" could no longer use the resort amenities like the pool & fitness room. We were offered a full refund but no other discount or accommodation d/t change in HOA rules, despite asking for one. Unfortunately, all other rentals in area (locale our primary need), proximity to JW Marriott, were rented by the time this new info was presented. We felt like we were stuck. Next problem at arrival. Despite description stating there was both a drip coffee maker & a Keurig, only a Keurig on site. We went w/o coffee until they could deliver a drip coffee maker. Slider screen missing - don't plan on getting fresh air unless you're interested in snakes & scorpions, other renters had pets & have gone crazy on screen when there is wildlife, screening material removed to "solve" problem. If you like tv while visiting, good luck, we had problems with both tvs. Could only get 1 channel on the bedroom unit, the main TV, unless you're a cable savant, you're gonna get nada. Finally, if you visit when you need the furnace, don't plan on sleeping much, it turns on & off every 10 min through the night. Explore other rentals before using one associated w/ Evolve.
