It was a nice stay. Room was clean but the elevator was just outside our doorway. OMG it dinged alllllllll night long. Other than that it was nice but next time I’d like a room a bit of a way further from the elevator!

Check in was wonderful, room was clean and nice looking. Bed was super uncomfortable along with pillows. We had some amazing staff and some extremely rude staff. The cafe was fabulous and so was our waitress.

Unsure what the front desk clerks name was for the night time but did notice that a side door was left opened and the smell of weed was coming into lobby, when representative was told of this smell she literally just blew us off making it sort of uncomfortable as we passed by the lobby from our room to the casino floor. Other than that good first time experience staying there.

The Casnio and rooms are in need to renovation. Pool is small. The food court staff appears angry and we’re not pleasant when interacting with customers. Would not recommend hotel stand to anyone.

Our stay was somewhat pleasant. After speaking to the front lobby we were given permissions to stay in the pool an hour after they closed. We had one security guard come and tell us the pool closed at 10. After telling him that we were given permission by a supervisor to stay until 11, he went and verified. We had a second security come to us hot headed demanding we get out. We tried multiple times to explain the situation but he kept saying "I don't care, I don't care, get out of here. Pool is closed." Super disrespectful. Supervisor came out and confirmed we were given permission by her to stay out later than the original time. Once he was given this information, tucked his tail and rode away on his bicycle. Didn't acknowledge us. The hotel room was clean and tidy, service to the TV was poor and it kept losing connection so we couldn't enjoy a movie we were trying to watch. When I showered, used the bathroom or used the sink, the water kept backing up and bubbling from other drains, signifying a clog. When I showered, the water filled the bathtub up about 3" with an open drain and took forever to drain. Casino was not as nice as the Casino Del Sol. You are required to pay a $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room. You do get that back but unless I missed that information beforehand it was a surprise to me. Breakfast was not included and you have to go across the property to get the food spot. Overall, I would not come back here. Very unpleasant. 3/10.
