An Employee had an Off Day
Usually my stay is very good but this time it was disappointing. The garbage from the prior guests had been left on the floor in the plastic bag in the bathroom. The two garbage cans were on the counter with no plastic bags in them. The bathroom counter had water spots all over it. There were no bath towels or a bed spread on the bed. Not sure what happened and hope not to experience that again after a long day of traveling.

I received a bottle of wine when I checked in, it was great and I was not expecting it. Super Friendly and kind girl at the front desk. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good.

Decent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Very noisy, though. We could hear everything around us--showers, toilets, sinks, people doing things, talking. But super close to the airport, so, very convenient.

First, the front-desk staff was very nice. I was disappointed that the furniture and facilities were far more worn and outdated than in these photos. The room was run-down, including holes in the curtains. The hall carpet appeared dirty or stained. Limited amenities. This was not a modern, new facility, as the photos here make it seem. Secluded from major restaurants, etc. Some questionable paraphernalia in the parking lots nearby.

This hotel is great. Aside from the comfort and establishment, the people rhat work there are exceptional. Upon your arrival you are greeted with a smile, a Hello, cookies, and, and water. Then, you are prompted about the facilities and amenities.
