Issues
Stairs to second floor serious hazard for senior citizens
No coffee pods
None of the beds had pillow cases and one no blanket or duvet cover. We found them and towels in the dryer
Not enough laundry soap for 6 adults washing towels
Not enough trash bags
broken window in bedroom off patio
shower curtain was disgustingly dirty
power plug for patio lights didn't work so we used the roof level plug
the shade sail had no ropes to put it up
There was a sewer type order when the laundry room bathroom was used.
The dishwasher had an odor until it was run
The dining room table had enough dust on it that you could write your name in it
The positive was the location was near all our events
I paid a lot of money to stay and am not happy about it. My family made the best of it but was not a pleasant environment
