Can’t nest of errors.
Smoke alarm was chirping in our room when we arrived. Maintenance couldn’t find us to move us to another room because an electrical outage the day before had crossed their telephone lines. Comedy of errors. The hotel has been ridden hard and put away wet.

Quiet, Clean, great staff.
We enjoyed our stay. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub. The location is conveniently located right by the freeway, a gas station and a Walgreens. The staff was really nice and was always helpful.

Room did not get cleaned when I requested the day before. When I called at 12:30 to ask if my room can be cleaned I was told they need 24 hr. Notice. So at their convenience they brought clean towels but left the dirty ones. I expected better from you. Atleast take the trash and dirty towels.

The employees were all fantastic. The hotel needs updating, the bathrooms are old and in need of total remodel. We had to be moved to a different room because the water would not shut off in shower and maintenance needed to replace the fixture. All employees were the best.

With the kitchen under renovation, the restaurant staff work hard to still deliver (limited) breakfast from the food truck parked outside. You have to know going in that there is no room cleaning/housekeeping unless you specifically request it the day before. Staff was very responsive to requests when we needed tissue, toilet paper, towels, etc outside of housekeeping hours. Pool was nice but no towels available late in the day (problematic if you haven't scheduled housekeeping & have to use room towels). Fixtures are all old - toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle, shower dripped onto the soap dish. Overall it's a decent hotel in an area without many options and they try hard.

Staff was helpful. Pool was in good condition. Rooms are in need of some maintenance / remodeling. Patio doors in several rooms did not open/close properly. Drawers were bolted shut. Toilet ran. Clothes and crumbs were visible when the first room was entered.

Rooms were dirty, the drain in the tub was super slow, we went to buy some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room before spending the night, the carpet was also nasty, the whole hotel needs to be redone.

The hotel was very good. Only complaint I had was that we could hear the noise from the hallway as people walked by. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the location was good for going into Madera Canyon which is where we celebrated Christmas Eve.

I stayed with my wife and 2 daughters they asked ne how many people in the Room I said 5,,, on the reservation,the shower had all the shampoo bottles empty so we didn’t shower until next day,, I reported to the front desk they said,, no problem,, I skso asked for 5 towels since they were just 2,, snd to replace them,, they did but just 2 towels again and they refilled just the shampoo and a conditioner the soap and lotion bottles never got refilled,, I just gave up,,, I wont stay there ever,, ,,
