Welcome to condo 9146!

Our premium vacation rental is situated in an ideal location, next to the main pool but with the feeling of seclusion and privacy with spectacular mountain, golf, and desert views. keyless entry with your own personal code.

A private extended and elevated patio is perfect for relaxation, entertaining, and wildlife viewing. A hiking trail off the patio. The views of the canyon and Catalina Mountains are breathtaking.

This condo has the following upgrades including HUGE PICTURE WINDOWS, granite, counter-top, stainless steel appliances & tile floors throughout. The living room, kitchen, dining, primary, and 2nd bedroom all have magnificent views. The 3rd bedroom can be used for your extra guest or as a private study.

The spacious living room boasts leather furniture, a 75" smart flat-screen TV, a soundbar with INFINITY, high-speed wireless internet, and Blue Ray DVD player. The dining room has an extended table (seats 6) with a picture window.

The kitchen is equipped with upgraded kitchenware, Keurig, or a drip coffee maker. (Coffee is provided.) We also provided basic kitchen items and supplies including paper and cleaning products.

Free WIFI, covered parking, fitness center, and 3 heated swimming pools, 2 pools have spas and barbeque. The main pool/spa is only steps away.

The primary bedroom features a huge picture window with mountain views, a king-size bed with a 3" mattress topper, a 32” smart flat-screen TV and soundbar, a walk-in closet with wooden hangers, and a master bath with a glass door, walk-in travertine tile shower.

The second bedroom also has lovely views and a large closet. This room is versatile, the beds could be a king, twins, or arranged as a study/nap room. Please let me know your preference.

The third bedroom has a full-size bed and an office desk with a chair and a large closet.

The 2nd bathroom is located next to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, it has a soaking tub with a shower and updated bath fixtures.

A washer & dryer, cleaning supplies, soaps, shampoos/conditioner, hairdryer, bath & swimming towels, and ice chest are provided.

Perfection
To say this property is perfect would be misleading. This property is phenomenal! Perfectly appointed with every detail you could need. The views from the two main bedrooms and the living/dining are just wonderful. The patio with lovely seating facing the foothills of the Catalinas is worth the entire trip to Tucson. Barbara is the PERFECT hostess. She sent a video message welcoming us to Tucson the morning we arrived and checked on us the following day to assure we had everything we needed. We had a few glitches (eh, it's the desert, right?) but Barbara was on the spot with quicker than immediate solutions. If we could give more than 5 stars, Barbara and her condo would have ALL of them. This was a gem of a stay and we WILL return - if nothing else than to just stay at Barbara's!

Winter sun and warmth
We're northern Minnesotans looking for a bit of sun, warmth and desert to get a break from our sometimes snowy winters. We were not disappointed with our three week stay in the Green condo. The spectacular desert view from our dinning and living room windows was a great start to our days. Rosie the road runner, rabbits, gophers, song birds, hummingbirds, coyotes, javelinas, greeted us at various times of the day - great sights and entertainment during our stay. A 5 star stay! My parents and I traveled to Arizona for a college graduation and we chose this property to stay in. It was the absolute best decision we’ve ever made! Absolutely amazing is the only way to describe it. Beautifully decorated, the layout was perfect, all the conveniences of home, the couch and beds we’re comfortable and the views from the patio were incredible! The host was in contact and was super friendly. The pool on site was never crowded or noisy. The wildlife to view right off the patio was abundant and the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area was less than a mile away. I would recommend to anyone visiting that this is the place to rent!!!

The condo is perfect. There are views of the mountains from almost every room. The patio is quiet, private and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful yet close to restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery stores. Sabino Canyon is just down the road. It truly was perfect in every way.

We had such a fabulous week-long stay at Barbara's condo. The views from the huge windows can't be beat! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the condo was spotless when we arrived. The location was perfect - it's located right next to the pool, within walking distance to many great restaurant options, and a quick 5 minute drive to the Sabino Canyon hiking area. Fabulous location and Host.
The location of the condo was fabulous, with amazing views of the mountains and wildlife from the windows - we saw rabbits, red cardinals and many hummingbirds. Barbara was an amazing host with lots of help and advice nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to be able to meet Barbara also. Close to Sabino Canyon, local restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect in every way!
This property exceeded our expectations. We stayed for a week over the Thanksgiving break, and we couldn’t have been happier. The home was spotless, the location was excellent, we were steps away from the pool and hot tub, and the view was gorgeous. Barbara, the host, thought of every possible detail. The property has a full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels (bath and pool), and was the perfect size for our family. Barbara made check-in and out a breeze, and made herself available to answer any questions. We were welcomed with lights on, music playing, and sweet treats. We will, without question, stay at this property when we visit Tucson in the future. It was perfect in every way!
