Easy access from the A30, great family space that sleeps 6/7 plus travel cot if required.
Bannsvale Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms a king, double and one with bunk beds, with a single top bunk and small double below, that three small ones could share, we can also provide a travel cot.
Three bathrooms, one en-suite shower room, one family bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs shower room.
Downstairs is a modern well equipped galley kitchen and open plan dinning/living area with a separate TV room.

The Canteen where you can get a great breakfast, coffee, delicious homemade cakes, their famous cinnamon buns, lunches, fire pit food, eat in and takeaways, all made with quality ingredients the veg grown just a few miles away, they open 7 days a week.
The coastal path is walkable from Bannsvale Farm Approx. 20 mins. as is Chapel Porth beach and its lovely café.
The Charming village of St Agnes is just 10 minutes by car has a blue flag beach and many cafe's, restaurants and bars. This heritage coastline is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Perrenporth's beautiful 7 mile beach is just 15 mins and Godrevy Point, see the seals explore the stunning coastline of Gwithian Towans beach and sand dunes just 30 minutes away.
