Relaxing
Nice quiet place but a few spider webs and WiFi didn’t work well. Great front deck and fun pool table. Lots of beds.

Property not ready for us.
We arrived while still daylight fortunately. The driveway was very icy and I watched my heavy SUV slide backwards down the driveway. Also the steps up to the entrance and the landing deck were treacherously icy. I notified Vacasa who said they were reporting my issue. My husband went off to buy sand and borrow an ice pick. After 3 hours of chipping ice we could safely park and enter the house. The next day the local person working for Vacasa came and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and helpful. I have a strong desire to avoid any future properties managed by Vacasa, at least not until they greatly increase staff and improve their management for the renters comfort. Within our group we related 4 bad experiences with Vacasa. We all rent through VRBO frequently and almost always have great experiences and leave positive reviews.
