Appartement sympathique malgré quelques déconvenues
Appartement calme, agréable et lumineux. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu utiliser le balcon (pour des raisons de sécurité). Certains éléments mériteraient d'être vérifiés ou entretenus. Le volet roulant du salon s'est cassé des la 2e nuit (altérant quelque peu la qualité de notre sommeil); or il avait visiblement déjà été rafistolé. La rallonge permanente de la table du salon était en partie cassée... Nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour. cassée. L'agence est intervenue de suite mais

Nous n'avons pas apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement loué dans la parc de la Jocotte pour plusieurs raisons : 1 - Peu avant notre arrivée, soit fin juillet, nous avons reçu un message de la part d'Interhome pour nous signaler que nous ne pourrions profiter du balcon, car il y avait risque d'éboulement de certaines parties de la construction et que les rembardes en bois des balcons étaient pourries par endroits. L'agence nous avait affirmé qu'elle ignorait cette information, mais le concierge nous a bien confirmé que des fiches avait été placardées depuis le 4 juin et que l'agence ne pouvait l'ignorer. 2 - Pour nous "dédommager", il nous a été proposé une réduction de 10% sur la location, mais nous l'attendons toujours; 3 - Si l'appartement dans son ensemble est convenable et la literie bonne, la cuisine date probablement de la construction de l'immeuble. Il n'est pas convenable de mettre en location un appartement avec une cuisine aussi vétuste.

Gutes wohnen mit kleinen Mängeln in schöner Umgebung
Angenehme ruhige Lage, Ortskern und Strand gut zu erreichen (allerdings ist die Höhenlage zu berücksichtigen), Haus etwas hellhörig, kaum Sicht aufs Meer ( Nachbarbäume verdecken die Sicht), Wohnung geräumig (allerdings sollte die Sauberkeit (Staub) besser sein), Lage für Spaziergänge optimal.
