Ottima zona, vicinissima al centro che si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. L’appartamento è carino e i servizi sono buoni ma ho trovato molto carente la pulizia della cucina. C’era moltissima polvere anche sotto il divano letto e macchie varie sulle tende e sulle pareti.

Great value for the price.not fancy but Nice big space convenient to city and trai and pull out couch bed very comfy. . Front desk hours are limited and they can’t really hold your luggage in early checkout but there is a great baggage locker only a few minutes away so not an issue!

HUGE disappointment
I strongly recommend getting another accommodation than here. 1. Toilet paper must be purchased by the guest after first roll. 2. The washing machine reeked of mildew 3. Kitchen rules require all dishes to be cleaned by guests, which is fine, but many of the cutlery were dirty when I arrived. 4. The property claims to have AC. What they don't tell you is they only turn it on during the summer. So even on multiple 28degC+ days they would not turn on the AC to cool things down. 5. Soap for bathroom and shower -- again only the smallest of soap is initially provided, and then you must buy and source your own soap. Overall the property felt like the owners/managers were pinching every penny they could possibly. I checked myself out 3 days early after the issues continued to mount and I was unable to get a decent night sleep.

This isn't the sort of place where the owners have put a lot of love into making you feel at home. The sofa was really battered (and randomly replaced without any notice during my stay), the shower is definitely not for the obese or claustrophobic, the electricals (kettle, hairdryer) had plugs that didn't fit the sockets and the kitchen was suppied with about eight pans but one bowl and no plate! On the plus side, it's a really big space, the bed was comfortable and the balcony is a dream - it catches the late afternoon sun wonderfully. Not for those who are looking for a home from home but perfectly fine for those willing to make do. Fabulous location as well.

Good value for central Trieste
Located in the city centre so easy to walk everywhere. Street parking is difficult. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). Only limited kitchen equipment but fine for simple meals. Sofa bed somewhat tired. Tried on numerous occasions but could not get the internet to work. Great view from the terrace - though probably not if you suffer from vertigo.

Everything was good with the apartment aside from the water heater. It had an independent switch which wasn’t turned on when we arrived so it took a while before we had hot water. Other than that, the location and amenities were sufficient.

Great base near the railway station, very walkable to other central places, perfect location for us. Loved the spacious roof terrace (room 81), excellent views over the city to the water. Kitchen decently equipped, though broken coffee pot wasn’t a great start it was wiggly replaced, thanks. Air conditioning was such a bonus and enabled a decent nights sleep! Not the poshest place, only 1 small lift, but very much more than adequate.

Great location, convenient to transportation and to walk to the center of Trieste. It was spotlessly clean. It had a beautiful terrace with a view over the rooftops of Trieste. We couldn't have been happier.
