The Villa is in a fantastic location with large terraces facing the sea in a beautiful blue bay.

The Villa is quiet and independent, on the Adriatic coast about 27 km from Otranto, 12 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sandy beaches. The villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation in one of the most beautiful areas of Puglia in the National Park of the Otranto-S coast. Maria di Leuca.

The villa is well furnished with Mediterranean style, comfortable throughout with free Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi air conditioning, barbeque, outdoor gazebo, dedicated parking space.
The bay below the house is rocky and it is possible to go down with a ladder but the last part is a difficult path on the rocks and you have to be expert.

From the villas and terraces you have a magnificent view of the sea; here you can sunbathe on sunbeds and hammocks, do gymnastics or use the barbeque and dine out under the stars. For the car there is a parking available.

This is the ideal place for a holiday away from mass tourism, surrounded by birdsong and the sound of the sea. Here the soul is regenerated. The beaches in the area are wonderful with natural pools cut into the rocks and many caves to visit. There are also sandy beaches 10 km after the tip of Santa Maria di Leuca. The area is rich in places of historical and natural interest such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Gallipoli, Santa Cesarea Terme and Lecce with its famous sandy beaches and the historic baroque center. The tranquility, the quality of the places, the great courtesy of the local people, the excellent gastronomy of food and wine invite you to come to this place.

This place is great for snorkelling and diving, or rent a boat in the nearby Port of Tricase for excursions and visits to bays and caves.
