The Villa is quiet and independent, on the Adriatic coast about 27 km from Otranto, 12 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sandy beaches. The Villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation in one of the most beautiful areas of Puglia in the National Park of the Otranto-S coast. Maria di Leuca.
The Villa is well furnished with Mediterranean style, comfortable throughout and offers free Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, air conditioning, barbeque, outdoor gazebo, dedicated parking space.

The bay below the house is rocky and it is possible to go down with a ladder but the last part is a difficult path on the rocks and you have to be expert.
