We stayed here during the off season (January), and it was fabulous. On entry we were greeted by the delightful Claudia, who looked after us during our stay. We were upgraded to a huge suite (being low season, I think!). The rooms were clean, large, authentic. The fixtures and fittings were modern and combined to give a superior hotel experience. Breakfast was good, we had fresh orange juice from the orchard garden one day, fresh ricotta another. Claudia helped us with anything she could. She made phone calls to tourist attractions to check if they were open as we don't speak good Italian. She recommended restaurants in the nearby towns and even packed us a few paninis for the road on the day we left. I don't know if you'll get personalised attention in the high season, but this was really great and I would happily stay again.
