Not a safe and friendly neighborhood. The rooms are dirty and not suitable for stay. When I walked into the room it was smelling tobacco. I was offered another room and it was the same.

Checked in. Room smelled awful as if someone had just smoked a full pack of cigarettes in the room. Switched to a new room that had a blood stain on one of the pillows, bare light bulbs on the walls and all the furniture was beat up. We left after 5 min and went to the holiday inn Express 20 min away.

What I didn’t like was a lazy boy seat the was there was all dirty never been clean it had urine stains all over disgusting.The towels That was provided was all stained up with yellow and brown stuff. The bathroom disgusting disgusting disgusting wouldn’t ever stay there again the room reeks of urine smell

When we checked in we make sure to request room service, because in our previous staying they didnt do the room service, and they ignore us and didnt clean our room. SO annoying , after a long day of work to return to a dirty room. We also requested for the curtain shower to be changed , because it was disgusting , but again, they ignore us. Also, We wanted to have some coffee, but they didnt have any milk or creamer, when we ask for it, they said " they do not have them".

DO NOT STAY HERE, it’s very unclean, roaches and stains, towels that have been used for the past 15 years. I had to leave at 1am because of the roaches it was disgusting and no refund 160$ was wasted no one gave a refund because the guy who was at the from was sleeping on the couch and we had to wake him up and he was like I domt see anything in the system about a refund like what??

This place is terrible. Had to go buy wash cloths towels. The sink was dirt and broken the bathtub filthy and the floor was terrible. I have nothing good to say about this place. Also the fridge did I not work and buzzed very loud! Went and bought cleaner for the bathtub and cleaned it out. It and the toilet did not drain. Was absolutely terrible stay!
