Spectacular views as we had a room with lake view. The location is great as away from hub of traffic there is a lovely pool and tennis court. I saw groups of people go up hiking too

Great Lake vista from the Lake view rooms
This small Hotel with 16 rooms is about 100 meters uphill from the main lake side road SS340. Which gives it a splendid view over the Lake Como the lake side rooms. The Hotel is easily accessible by car and has a parking on site. For dinner you have off-site chooses on the main highway SS340. Overall, a nice Hotel with a Pool area and Tennis court. Easy walking distance to Villa Carlotta ca. 20 minutes. The Tremezzo Ferry Pier is ca 15 minutes away and the Villa del Balbianello is a 45 minutes walk away

Stunning view over Lake from hilltop. Was a bit of a climb but well worth it. Owners/staff very friendly. Grounds and pool area are beautiful. Only downside was our room was very small and had no balcony or air conditioning... the roof fan wasn’t quite enough in the heatwave.

Hotel was clean, room pleasant. No air conditioning made the room hot at night. The hotel did provide a fan which made the room slightly more comfortable but still warm. Pool was clean and nice to sit around. Hotel is little further out of town but a nice 20 minute leisurely walk. One thing I would say was missing was a vending machine or access to drinks later at night. As no tea, coffee or bottle of water provided in room. Breakfast is nice enough for continental, however an added option of cooked breakfast would also be a nice extra. Staff could be friendlier.

Lovely family run hotel. The owners make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Ideally located to the heart of Tremezzo, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice except lack of AC
Everything was good and according to expectations except lack of AC. I missed that detail when I booked the hotel and it was really hot!! (We were there in July) They told me however that they were going to solve it in the future. Beautiful area and nice and friendly hotel!

Odd location lukewarm welcome by staff, old crowd
We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon and felt somewhat out of place due to the crowd being generally significant older. We arrived later in the evening and it was pretty difficult to find. Breakfast was really good. Staff reception was so-so -- felt a little cold.

Peaceful Retreat
Lovely hotel glad to get back to it after a long day sight seeing, it wasn't near to the road so it was very peaceful. I do think you need a car as it is a steep walk up from the main road and there is plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay here very much we had a corner balcony and a view of the lake which was beautiful, breakfast was good and you was able to get snacks and drinks until 11pm which was very good. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Lille hyggeligt hotel med rigtig god atmosfære. Værelset med badeværelse var dejligt stort og rummeligt. Gode parkeringsforhold som er vigtigt i området. Morgenmad var ok. Meget venligt personale. Lækker pool område og restaurant var også hyggelig. Vi oplevede desværre et meget larmende aircondition. Restaurant var lukket et par aftener pga personalemangel. Hotellet er lidt slidt men fantastiske omgivelser.

Trevligt hotell där vi hade rum invid poolen. Lätt att parkera. ca 15-20 min. att promenera till de flesta restaurangerna men det gick även att ta bilen med. Bra mat på hotellet.
