Heat did not work. Condo was very cold. Host provided space heaters but we could not run them all as it tripped the breakers each time. Host had no solution for this. No compensation was offered, other than 5 hours before check in the host told me I could find somewhere else to stay and he would refund me. Obviously finding somewhere else to stay with 5 hours notice for a family vacation was not an option. Bathroom was dirty. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain, baseboards covered in dust and hair. Dishwasher would not run. All very disappointing.

We are two older couples (family) who stayed for three nights while touring in the area. We found the unit extremely comfortable and well-equipped. It was spacious and very clean. The host was terrific in keeping in touch and responding to a couple of questions we had. The parking was also very convenient and there were nice eateries and waterfront nearby. We highly recommend this rental!

Lovely space. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

We were there for a family wedding so only stayed 2 nights. After a little bit of confusion about entry codes, everything else went well. Be sure you have 2 codes before you go —one for the building and another for the condo. Difficult to communicate w vrbo. Once wecwere able, we spoke to the iwner who was delihhtgul and helpful.

Great Lakes Equestrian Festival

Great place to stay while my daughter showed at GLEF. Easy access to show grounds and lots of great shops and restaurants nearby during our downtime. Spacious, clean condo perfect for relaxing after a long day!

Great place to stay

It's a good location for Traverse City excursions. It's a roomy two-bedroom, two-bath condo that's very comfortable and clean. It's located near everything you need. The host is great, and communication is great. The parking lot can get a little busy at times, but we could always find a spot.

Great Condo

We were in town for the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It was in a great location, not too far from the show grounds and also close to great shops and restaurants.
