This hotel was spectacularly clean & comfortable. We had a little trouble getting in the door with the keypad at first but once we figured it out we never had a problem again. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing last minute deal and a very comfortable modern accessible room and properly that exceeded every expectation. Super easy, I loved the completely self check in and check out. Only thing is all the powdered creamer shakers were dried out lumpy in the lobby, but 2 Keurigs and am a pantry stocked with silverware and plates with the dining room was nice. The back deck grill and patio was also an unexpected perk. 9.9 out of 10.

We were very pleased with the online check-in and check-out, and how communication was constant and never an issue, even though there wasn't anyone in the hotel. Great location and the hotel itself is very clean and nicely decorated. Would likely recommend it.

Flawless automated registration, inn door and room door codes too. It all was easy and worked well with no glitches. Highly recommend you give Kasa Gold Coast Inn Traverse City a try. We're going to try othe Kasa locations too.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, no issues with door codes or access. The room was relatively clean except for a few stains on the bed sheets, blanket, and pillows. The bathroom was big enough for two guests. The shared kitchen area outside our room was clean and had what we needed. However the balcony on our floor was filthy with bugs that made it unappealing to sit at. But there’s so much to do around that we basically forgot about it. When staff was present, they were very polite. There was minimal noise, none that impacted our stay and/or sleep. I think it should be advertised more that this is a no contact building. While an in person front desk wasn’t necessary, people may want to know that beforehand. Overall we were happy with our stay!

The hoyel was very clean and quiet. We didnt realize it was all coded doors with no human receptionist, but entry was very simple. Will book again.

It took an hour to get checked in for 2 nights, sand , dirt & food on the floor, only 2 towels & no person on sight to talk to for a room change or to get the room cleaned. This new way of booking & checking in was very BAD & no person on sight to help or corect anything!!

Do not care for no one on site. There was no coffee maker in the room. Very expensive. Room was clean. Would prefer sink in the bathroom with the shower.
