Room was not clean. Hasn’t been dusted in months. Beds very uncomfortable, usb port not working and the bathroom fan made clicking noises all night. They don’t change bedding or towels unless you ask the day before. We will not go back.

Excellent base to see the colors of fall
This is a great property if you are headed to TC for a fall color tour, or just a fall weekend. The access is a little tight from the main road (so it can pressure hesitant drivers), but the hotel is great for an resort hotel near (but not in) everything. Shuttle bus to downtown, a decent breakfast option, and the rooms are well-kept. Since it is getting late in the season, there is some wear and tear (i.e. yard furniture, linens, etc.) but not a let down.

I went here with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and really enjoyed it. We used the shuttle to get downtown and our driver was named Susie and she was our favorite driver the entire weekend! She was super fun! We also really enjoyed the hot tub and pools! One thing we noticed is that all of us were very stuffy when in the hotel I’m not sure if it was the air or what. Additionally, it appears the housekeepers do not dust or clean the tile flooring. We had to pick up a spill on the tile floor and when we wiped it up the towel was black. Lastly, the breakfast pretty disappointing. The main things included bacon OR sausage, pancake, scrambled eggs, and toast. Really wish there would have been today’s and both meat options!
