I went here with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and really enjoyed it. We used the shuttle to get downtown and our driver was named Susie and she was our favorite driver the entire weekend! She was super fun! We also really enjoyed the hot tub and pools! One thing we noticed is that all of us were very stuffy when in the hotel I’m not sure if it was the air or what. Additionally, it appears the housekeepers do not dust or clean the tile flooring. We had to pick up a spill on the tile floor and when we wiped it up the towel was black. Lastly, the breakfast pretty disappointing. The main things included bacon OR sausage, pancake, scrambled eggs, and toast. Really wish there would have been today’s and both meat options!

While the outside was cute and had charm, the room itself was not. The carpet was dirty. I had to kill and remove several small bugs (like gnats or small flies. And worst of all, the shower head was so rusted and corroded that water would come out. I had to remove it so I could take a shower. No where close to worth the $300 for one night. They did offer to switch rooms, which was nice, but just not sufficient for the price paid. I would not recommend.

Walk out was wonderful, but mattress were worn out, water pressure was bad and stains in the worn carpet. Staff was great. Standout was a lady named Rose. She was delightful and very helpful.

We come here every year and every year I feel like they improve. Breakfast was better this trip. The staff was so pleasant. There was always someone cleaning something. My son went on a fishing charter and they froze the fish for us. The kids loved the SUP, they were a big hit with them. They used them daily. We also loved the fire pit area. Bring your smore supplies with you. My only complaint was the beach towels seem to have shrunk from last year. But this year the towels were more plentiful and the pool and beach. Overall we love this hotel its our favorite.

👍 Kudos to our shuttle driver Bruce Look who did an outstanding job!! 👏 One of the reasons we like to stay at this location is because of the free shuttle service and super friendly staff, especially Laura who does and awesome job preparing and serving breakfast!!

Very nice hotel in Traverse City. My wife and I took a brief trip as a couple while the kids were at summer camp, and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good bed/mattress and nice refrigerator. We've stayed in TC many times over the years and this was the best hotel we've been in so far.
