Customer service was amazing and super friendly towards kids. Very accommodating. Was nice to be connected to the resturant and games/bowling. Breakfast was basic but was nice. Rooms were spacious. Just a noisy cooling/heating was apparently a certain way to use it so may be fine but also fine without it. We would come back for another stay.
Great position easy walking distance to everything comfortable bed nice room if I have one thing with my room it was just above the bowling Ally on level one where you could hear everything such a shame I didn’t asking for another as I was only staying one night. It’s still a wonderful hotel but avoid level one
Nice new property, but really lacking a bit around the basic comforts. Nice big room with plenty of space for furnishings, but just a table and chair when there should be a desk. Stand with the coffee machine was barely big enough to make coffee. The AC/heat was constantly turning on and off every minute or so. Couldn’t figure out how to get it sorted. Overall, a bit disappointing for the most expensive hotel in town.
We had a lovely one night stay.
The room is modern and the bed is so comfy. We were very happy to find that a cook breakfast was offered in the lounge near reception. Breakfast was lovely - compliments to the chef. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to a show at the beautiful performing arts centre. Just a few minutes walk.

Did not like restaurants/bar being closed on Public Holiday despite online advertisement stating these facilities were available and staff unable to suggest any alternative options . I selected the Mantra because these facilities were to be available to weary travellers at the end of a long day . Very disappointing .
