Very friendly staff ( especially BENA, who was very helpful and super nice).. nice mountain view especially at the sun rise ..i took the superior room and it was in a good condition. Room was cleaned every day .

horrible experience...
first they had give us a key to the room , when we enter it was already occupied , it is horrible experience for people in the roomn that someone open a door and step in, other than that , parking area is just outside hotel in the mods , hotel staff were rookies and without any experience acting very confused, breakfast area was very busy uncontrolled and a total chaos, we asked for a spoon to have cerals, they have replied , we are ran out of spoon, we gave up and we went to their coffeee shop to have a coffeee to get a pea

Keyifli bir konaklama
