The Space:
It’s hard to do justice to this jewel of an apartment in words. It offers four bedrooms with balconies, three bathrooms and a spacious water facing balcony and a huge open plan living, dining and kitchen. Perfect for larger group holidays, or a corporate stay. Please note we do not permit parties and events at our properties.

With a lift in the complex providing accessibility to all, it's a perfectly designed holiday home. Enter the car park via the street level, part in one of the two reserved spots, alternatively walk up the easement to the side of the building and enter from the gated entrance. The penthouse is the only apartment on the second floor.
Guests will be struck by the sheer size of the light-filled apartment. The master bedroom, with its king bed, access to the main covered balcony, enormous en-suite and walk-in robe.
There three other bedrooms here as well, each with a walk-in robe and balcony. Two of the bedrooms share an ensuite and the main bathroom boasts a large spa bath.
All the rooms have split air conditioning systems, the bathrooms have walk in showers.

Sunlight spills through the doors and windows, illuminating dining and living spaces. The open plan boasts a living, dining area and an expansive kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar and walk-in pantry. As lovely as these spaces are, we have a feeling you'll spend even more time on the huge terrace, designed for alfresco dining and relaxation.

Did we mention the complex has a pool? It is shared by the other 4 apartments.

Guest Access:
This spacious apartment is your home away from home in Townsville. Enjoy the convenience of a lift, wheelchair access, and handrails in the bathrooms.

For a smooth check-in, please provide photos of your ID and credit card, which are securely destroyed after checkout. We prefer self-check-in for ease.

Shared areas in our 5-apartment complex include the entrance, lift, stairwell, car park, and pool. Enjoy your stay!

This Strand apartment is a Penthouse in a cozy complex of just 5 units, perfectly positioned close to Townsville’s Business District, the ferry terminal to Magnetic Island, and local attractions like the Aquarium and Museum.

Nestled in the heart of The Strand, Townsville's vibrant beach foreshore, this spot offers a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere. Enjoy ocean breezes while dining at local restaurants or cafes, or have a fun family barbecue or beach picnic.

The 2.5-kilometer walkway provides stunning views of Magnetic Island and is ideal for runners, walkers, and kids on bikes and scooters. With fantastic playgrounds and the popular Strand Water Park, The Strand offers hours of entertainment for children. Whether you’re swimming in the ocean or rock pool, trying Stand-Up Paddle Boarding, or enjoying thrilling activities like skydiving, there’s something for everyone!

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car to make the most of your Townsville adventure. You’ll have access to 2 allocated parking spots in the garage, and there’s also plenty of street parking. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the rockpool, ferry terminal, and city. For a bit of extra fun, scooters are available on The Strand. Enjoy your stay!

Welcome to your Townsville Apartments and Homes on The Strand property! We’re thrilled to have you and want to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Here are a few friendly reminders:

-Behavior: Please keep noise levels down, especially from 10pm-7am. Respect for our neighbors helps everyone enjoy their stay. Persistent noise complaints may lead to eviction.
-Cleaning: Help us maintain a tidy home by leaving it clean. Excessive mess requiring extra cleaning may incur a charge of $100-$150.
-Damage & Breakages: You’re responsible for any damage, wear, or missing items. Charges may apply if issues are noted after your stay.
-Keys: Report lost keys immediately. Replacement costs $75. Lockouts incur a $60 fee plus locksmith charges.
-Liability: We aren’t liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss. We recommend travel and health insurance for peace of mind.
-Lost Items: Left something behind? We can return it for a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs.
-Occupancy: Only the number of guests booked can stay at the property.
- Parties and functions are not permitted
-Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may lead to extra fees or eviction.
-Rubbish: Please use council bins for rubbish regularly and before departure.
-Security: Ensure all doors are locked and air conditioners turned off when leaving.
-Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. A $400 fee applies for smoking inside, and a $150 fee for cigarette butts found on the property.
