Nice Hotel Room and plenty of Space. The shower was not cleaned when I arrived at the Hotel. I waited until the next morning for Cleaners to clean the Shower. The Cleaners were 1 hour late. Secondly some of the staff were Rude and not helpful. Others were friendly.

Great pools. Hotel is right at the ferry terminal which is super convenient if you don't have a car. IGA and bottle shop right there also which is convenient. Boat tours go from right outside the hotel. However, some rooms overlook the bus and ferry terminal and the buses are very noisy at odd hours. Ask for a room away from the bus terminal. There was also a wedding on so they closed the pool nearest our room for the afternoon and evening with a sign saying "private event".

A beautiful property, However, our room faced the Magnetic Ferry Terminal. Was woken up both mornings by trucks engine noise and air brakes at 5:40am. If you want quiet ask for a room away from the noisy trucks and cars.

Property is in a great location. A little tired and the clunky pipes as people use their washing machines at 2.30am isn’t the best!!!! This issue definitely need to be addressed.

Room was in excellent condition, all of the staff at reception were extremely helpful, service from the waitresses at the restaurant were perfect, convenient location next to the ferry, IGA and marina, very clean pools and a nice outlook too.
