Trip for the footy
Great location, easy walk to the stadium. Parking close by and safe as it is next to the police station. Older motel but clean and well presented

The rooms are quite old and dated - not really an issue as the bed was comfortable and the room furnishings and bathroom were clean. The carpet needs a good clean .. it felt old and sticky, the window was so dirty people prior to me had written messages in the grime, which was a shame as the sunrise would have been beautiful. The hotel advertised that it was full service and I selected daily service at check-in however my bed remained unmade and all the ‘service’ included was fresh towels.

If the front desk is going to be manned then it should be manned. Had to wait while a room was sorted for other guests. Reception staff should have been backing up especially as they began the shift.

Last minute decision as another hotel cancelled my booking, stains all over the carpet, shower and bathroom not clean, dust everywhere, blind couldn’t be opened, soap dispenser broken, the lift was right next to the room so could hear all night, and the walls are paper thin, could hear other drunk guests talking until 2am.

Oh wow, the whole hotel is run down but our room was something out of a horror movie. It was like low class members of society lived in the family room and left terrible wear and tear. Upon arrival to our room, we noticed that someone had once tried to break into the door and left parts of the door broken away and gashed. The food/faeces or blood marks on the walls, seats and curtains were disturbing. In what they call 'an executive family suite' were only 2 single seats in the living room that we had to cover with towels as they were so dirty. Oh and we found a knife facing upwards in the couch, which proves they have not been cleaned. Previous tenants' food were still on the floor in the room and so much hair was stuck in the bath drain that we were too scared to put the plug in. The bathroom sink took up to a minute to drain as it was so clogged with residue. The lights in one room didn't work at all and the main bedroom was so close to being out too. We tried to spend our time out of the room as it was so u pleasant to be in. We are so dissapointed. The supervisor's response was that if we are so unhappy we can check out. The staff member on duty was very good and tried to come clean the room for us from the reception duty she was on. She even added that other people had found blood in their room that had not been cleaned up. The cleaners just went in wiped it and left. Such a horrible experience

First I tried to call several times throughout business hours and it went straight to an answering machine kept telling me it was outside of business hours even though it wasn’t. The lady at the counter was very nice and pleasant Then when I got into my room, I found the bed was broken and the TV didn’t work. 516.

Shower cream empty, two cups one saucer, not real clean - old needing some TLC. Gave advice to park on street as cheaper, unfortunately it meant our car was towed due to street markets - so cost more in the end!!
