I recently stayed at the Best Western Cades Cove Inn in Townsend, Tennessee. I was very impressed with the hotel. It was by far the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so peaceful and quiet that I slept very well. Everyone was so friendly. Will stay again.

Employees at the front desk were not very friendly. Also the light above the sink did not work. All other lighting in room was very dim. Shower was stopped up, temp of water in shower was Luke warm. Ironing board was broke.

Awesome Townsend stay!!!
The hotel was great, the staff was awesome. Very friendly, and had a great sence of humor. Took care of anything we needed. Its been updated and very nice and clean. Dog friendly which is a plus always, since my big boy travels with me a lot. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Well worth the price!
The room and grounds were very clean and well kept. We were met at the counter with smiling faces and great personalities. We took our dog with us and they were very accommodating. We actually stayed a second night. It was very quiet there, with rocking chairs outside the rooms for outdoor relaxation. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The breakfast area was continuously cleaned after guests came and went. Counters were immaculately kept. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here!
