Grafton Fields is a newly built and immaculately renovated home near the historically significant village of Grafton Regis, famously closely associated with Henry VIII. This stunning home can sleep up to 6 guests over 3 large bedrooms, all complete with en suites.

Grafton Fields is located 20 minutes from Silverstone Circuit, the legendary home of the Formula 1 British Grand Prix.

The Space:
Grafton Fields is a modern, immaculate home, sleeping up to six guests across three luxury and highly well-equipped bedrooms.

Guests can enjoy relaxing in the delightfully light and airy open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, with a fireplace and electric fire providing a cosy and inviting atmosphere. With a kettle, oven, microwave and plug-in induction hob, guests will have access to everything they need to rustle up a delicious meal to enjoy together at the dining table. The kitchen is also equipped with a ¾ dishwasher and a washing machine, offering unbeatable convenience to guests. The French doors open up onto the patio area, with table, chairs and barbecue perfect for al fresco dining.

Just off the open-plan living area, through a charming and characterful secret door disguised as a bookcase to the unassuming eye, guests also have access to an extensively well-equipped gym, complete with a treadmill, rowing machine, exercise bike, free weights and squat rack.

The first of the home’s three bedrooms is The Elizabeth Suite, named after Elizabeth Woodville, also known as “The White Queen”. The Elizabeth Suite is a beautiful, light and spacious master suite complete with a super king size four-poster bed fit for royalty. The sofa and fireplace, complete with electric fire, provide a cosy and relaxing space for unwinding with a book or taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding fields via the vast French doors. The suite also has a walk-in dressing room, complete with dressing table, and an en suite equipped with underfloor heating, a standalone bath and a luxurious rainfall shower with a skylight.

The second bedroom, known as The Fitzroy, is furnished with a king size bed and a large, convenient desk space. Guests have access to a TV, as well as a microwave, mini fridge and drinks station, perfect for making themselves feel right at home. The en suite located off The Fitzroy boasts a luxurious rainfall shower with a skylight above it welcoming in an abundance of natural light.

The third bedroom, also known as The Henry, is furnished with a super king size zip and link bed which can also be split into two twin beds in order to provide a flexible sleeping arrangement to cater to your party’s unique requirements. The bedroom has a desk space with a window above it, overlooking the surrounding fields. Guests also have access to a TV in this bedroom, as well as a microwave, mini fridge and drinks station. The Henry’s en suite boasts another luxurious rainfall shower, once again complete with a skylight.

There is ample parking for at least two vehicles to the front of the property, and an EV charger available (fees apply).

(Please note: This beautiful home is located on the adjoining property's land and the lawned garden area beyond the picket fences surrounding the patio is not accessible to guests.)

The neighbouring village, Grafton Regis, has a rich history dating back to the Anglo-Saxon period. Mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086, it gained prominence in the 15th and 16th centuries when Grafton Manor became a royal residence, with King Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I both associated with the village. Primarily an agricultural community, Grafton Regis retains its historical charm, featuring notable buildings like the 13th-century Church of St. Mary the Virgin.

Grafton Fields is located 18 minutes from Silverstone Circuit, the legendary home of the Formula 1 British Grand Prix.

For families, there are plenty of local activities to enjoy. Gullivers Land Theme Park Resort is just a 17-minute drive away, whilst Woburn Abbey and Safari Park are located around a 25-30 minute drive away.

Despite feeling incredibly rural, Grafton Fields is just a 14-minute drive from Milton Keynes and all its delights - notably the famous Centre:mk shopping centre and Snozone, Europe’s largest indoor real snow centre. Keen shoppers can also enjoy a trip to the famous designer outlet Bicester Village, around a 40-minute drive away.

Grafton Fields is an absolute gem and the perfect place to stay if visiting either Towcester or Silverstone.
