There was only one person at the reception. There was a line-up. The clerk was rolling her eyes after speaking with each checking-in travelers. The clerk had no personality and basically threw the room cards without advising us we were done with our check-in. The hotel needs to train staff on respect, warm welcome and professionalism.

Perfect for What I Needed
Great breakfast with decent coffee and hot foods. Staff was very kind, polite, and accommodating. Check-in and checkout was super easy. The room was outdated, but the shower was hot and everything worked. The bedding was the most modern part, and it was clean and comfy. Hotel was convenient and affordable, which was all I needed. I did not use the pool or fitness room.

The room's wall periodically vibrated and made a noise. Breakfast was pretty standard, not bad. Overall it was good stay.

Average hotel. Would stay again. The room was nice and clean. It was difficult to open the door, you needed to pull up on the handle than down after the key was inserted. We were told the doors were slowly getting new handles. There were no screens in the window so we couldn’t get fresh air, but the AC wasn’t overpowering so it was all good. The hot tub was kinda gross. The bubbles were not all circulating so there was a scum on top of a section of it. The staff woman at check was very friendly and helpful especially with the door issue. We came in late and there were some louder guests coming up from the bar. She told us to call if they remained loud which they did not. The breakfast had a good selection for all.

Not great.
While the lobby looks updated and modern, that is where it stops. The hallways and rooms are dated and need attention. For a quick overnight its ok. But the beds are really hard. Pillows are small sqaures. Ive never seen that before. Too busy for one staff at desk.

Very disappointed
Worst experience at a BesWestern to date. We decided to stay as my dad was in the ICU so my daughter wasn't able to in to visit. The 1st room they put us in did not have working AC and smelled like a wet cigarette. Being able to open the window a few inches is asking for someone to smoke in my opinion. The front desk quickly changed our room. The 2nd room the cleanliness was better, but it was right next to the elevator so it was extremely noisy and the walls were paper thin. My daughter went to the pool with my mom so I could go see my dad. They were back up before I could leave because the pool & hot tub were so gross my daughter wouldn’t get in. At that point, we decided that traveling almost 2 hours to a camper would be better than this hotel. The poor lady at the fromt desk was alone and had a long line. She should have had help as it seemed like people were arriving for an event. She was very kind and asked for information when I told her we would be leaving. I left my name and phone number for the manager to call me and so far, i haven’t received a call.

Immediate area around is meth head central, especially at the Dandys across the street. The pool water smelled odd and left our swim suits smelling very odd. Room service is not daily, thus no daily towels or tp refills. Price was good!
