Hôtel ferme depuis 6mois!
L hôtel existe mais il a été fermé en avril dernier. Ma réservation a pourtant été confirmée et validée. C est inadmissible nous avons dormi dans la voiture plus de place ds les hôtels de tournai. J espère juste ne pas être débitée du montant de la nuit.

We verbleven daar reeds een paar keer, qua ligging is het niet mis, maar, en dat is hun fout niet, deze keer stonden we voor een gesloten deur : tot november is het dicht wegens renovatie ....ik vind het jammer dat het nog reserveerbaar is op sommige sites ! Wij hebben onze plan kunnen trekken, maar het kan ook serieus tegenvallen voor sommige mensen

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel par votre intermédiaire et avons eu la désagréable surprise en arrivant devant l'établissement de constater un affichage "hôtel fermé pour travaux, réouverture novembre". Nous avons eu la chance de retrouver une chambre d'hôtel à proximité mais cet établissement ne devrait plus figurer sur vos listes. Nous hésiterons désormais à réserver par votre site qui manque de fiabilité.

Er is geen hotel want het is gesloten wegens werke
Het stinkt er , er is geen ontbijt , de lakens waren vuil en de deur rammelde constant en we moesten onze koffer zelf dragen naar de derde verdieping

Gesloten
Een beoordeling wordt lastig want bij aankomst bleek het hotel te zijn gesloten ivm onderhoud en werkzaamheden. Toch heel raar dat we op die dag nog kamers konden boeken voor een gesloten hotel. Erg vervelend dat onze medewerkers na een lange dag werken voor een dichte deur stonden.
