This beautiful villa enjoys an exceptional location, 25 m from the beach, it has a panoramic view of the lake and the Black Mountain, located in a large enclosed park with trees of 2,500 m2, on the edge of the Canal Regional Park du Midi, a UNESCO world heritage site.
It is 400 m above sea level, built in the 1950s has a special charm, spacious and comfortable, it mainly has 2 large rooms and a large bedroom with direct view of the lake and 2 other bedrooms overlooking the forest. ; surrounded by a large terrace allows you to enjoy the lake and the forest at any time. The activities of Saint Ferréol or in the surroundings are numerous, whether sports or tourist, because of its geographical position. Thanks to the genius of Paul Riquet, the waters of the Montagne Noire are collected in Lake Saint Ferréol and feed the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Saint Ferréol is 3 km from Revel, medieval city of 10,000 inhabitants, capital of furniture

On the attic floor (landing and one bedroom) sleeps 4 (4X90), bathroom, separate toilet. Gas central heating. Fridge / Cong. Oven. Microwave, Dishwasher. Washing machine.
For outdoor use, chair, garden table, lounge chairs, barbecues.

In a very close radius there are many tourist sites, Toulouse, the medieval city of Carcasone, Castres, Albi, the Cathar castles, without forgetting the Revel market, each Saturday which is one of the most beautiful markets in France.
It is possible to participate in many activities on site: sailing, swimming, tennis, gliding, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, golf, tree climbing, caving ... nearby.

Belle propriété à un emplacement idéal
Séjour d'une semaine au mois d'août en famille avec petits et grands. La villa est idéalement placée pour profiter des baignades dans le lac. Le grand jardin arboré permet de s'abriter au besoin du soleil ou du vent, et ceci à toute heure du jour. Intérieur un peu rétro, mais tout-à-fait fonctionnel.

Des interrogations, nous nous sommes demandés si le ménage avait été fait. Des toiles d' araignées partout ainsi que la poussière derrière les meubles et les lits. La hôte était toute grasse les étagères pas nettoyées et j' en passe etc.. Dommage parce que le site est magnifique la maison grande, et le jardin agréable.
