Great hotel, great service, and location.
I stayed one night at this hotel and it was great. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the location was terrific, and overall good value. I had the breakfast, which was also quite good. The best part though was the service. The gentleman at reception (I didn’t get his name) was very helpful in getting some of my transportation logistics figured out. In addition he gave me some great recommendations for dining and sites to see. A great experience at the hotel all around!

A lovely and small boutique hotel on a very quiet road and yet in the centre of Toulouse. Staff was very friendly and helpful and room was spotless (and very well equipped). Very competitive price as well for this type of room in such a central location. I sincerely couldn't fault it

When in Toulouse...
Great little hotel, well located within walking distance of central Toulouse. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Room was clean and well appointed.Only the plumbing noises from other rooms were a nuisance ( older building vibes) but otherwise a great stay.

Discreet, easy access and close to city center
Just disappointed by state of bathroom. Mould on walls and flakes mouldy ceiling over bathtub. Staff was lovely and great breakfast served to my room. Was peaceful.

Front staff very friendly and helpful. No issues with speaking English. Rooms were lovely. Only issue was lack of a shower...had a tub only.

great location, but at the most a 3 star
this is definitely not a 4 star. the hotel changed hands a couple of years ago and they seem to be still coasting on a previous rating. We changed rooms twice. The first room didn't have a shower. The second room have a shower that left the entire bathroom soaking wet. both rooms were equally dusty. the third room had an acceptable shower. The staff is super nice, but the hotel hasn't seen an update in a while - nor has it seen a good cleaning.

Posizione molto comoda per accedere a tutte le attrazioni della zona e ai mezzi di trasporto. Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. La stanza 14, al pianoterra aveva un cattivo odore di scarico delle acque. Nonostante il piano basso è abbastanza silenziosa.

Geen eigen parking, en zelfs bagage uitladen voor de deur is quasi onmogelijk. Geen lounge en geen bar. Troosteloze kleine ontbijtzaal aan de inkom. Gezelligheid zero. Dus ofwel buiten blijven ofwel op de kamer gaan zitten. De kamers zijn wel ok, maar daar blijft het bij. De ligging van het hotel is centraal in de stad, maar van een echte winkelbuurt kan men zeker niet spreken.
