Located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a recent condominium (10 years), the apartment of 43 m² is composed as follows :

- Pleasant and tastefully decorated living room, equipped with an entrance with cupboard, a sofa, a coffee table, a TV
- Open kitchen fully equipped with a standing table for two persons, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooking plates, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Double bedroom with double bed (140x200) and cupboards.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Exterior :
- Terrace of 8 m², with view on the gardens of the condominium. It is equipped with deckchairs and a table with chairs for your meals or coffee breaks!

Belle expérience
Très bel appartement. Bien situé, à quelques stations de métro de la Place du Capitole. Quartier tranquille avec commodités à proximité. Un vrai plaisir de visiter Toulouse. Nous avons tenté de communiquer avec l’agence en début de séjour et n’avons eu aucun retour…
