In addition to the ensuite, there is a full bathroom equipped with all modern facilities.

There is also a sofa bed tucked away in the games room which can be set up upon request.
The lower level features a combined living and dining space, a family room and fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom with contemporary fixtures and laundry facilities. The level opens up to a large and private balcony, providing picturesque views of the lake.
Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard, patio and pool. Take a stroll on the pathway that leads to the private jetty and take in the stunning beauty of Budgewoi Lake. For boating enthusiasts, two single boats complete with life jackets are available in the storage area.

• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• No parties allowed.
• Small gatherings are subject to approval.
• Pets are allowed. You are welcome to bring one pet. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourself.
Guests will access the property through the separate street or building entrance

Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.
Superhostly reserves the right to charge the credit card provided for damages/expenses that are not otherwise settled by the time of check out. The reasons Superhostly may charge for damages/expenses include, but are not limited to:
- Lost keys (up to $200 per key)
- Call out fee for lockouts ($100 during business hours, $200 outside business hours)
- Failure to leave property at agreed check-out time (up to additional cost incurred by Superhostly)
- Cleanliness issues resulting in additional cleaning ($100/hour)
- House rules violations (up to $400 based on cleaning costs)
- Damaged inventory or property (charged at cost for replacement/repair)
- Missing items (charged at cost for replacement)
- Returning guest belongings (charged at cost for return)
Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
