You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

We offer a triplex in Torrevieja in a development with a swimming pool. The 111 m2 triplex consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet. The house has everything you need to live and relax: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), bedding and towels. Spanish TV, wireless internet.

The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is 650 metres away! The nearest bars and restaurants are within a 150 metre radius. The sea and beaches are 600 m away. Accommodation option: up to 6 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and in the patio!

Final cleaning is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately

During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Los Locos Beach. A washer is available in the cottage.
