This conveniently located, comfortable one double bed apartment is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to all amenities such as shops, supermarket, restaurants. ( Italian, German, Chinese, Indian and EggnBacon & Fish n Chips !), pubs and bars, disco, e-cafes, doctors, banks and go-carts!

Even a convenient bus stop just outside the building the building to Torrevieja city-

Nevertheless if you want peace and quite it is conveniently located walking distance. If you have a car there is secure parking. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY.

Sitting room/dinning room has a dining table with seating for four, and a sofas/bed in living room suitable for third person/child. if necessary.. TV, DVD player. Fans and heaters are available.The floor is recently tiled kitchen is new.

There are two large communal swimming pools right under the balcony which makes an impressive fantastic sight. The swimming pools are a fabulous view.

The main town of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes by car or taxi or the local comfortable bus. (aqua park, hypermarket, sport palace with many other things to see including a (night-time, late) flea market, funfair by the sea and plenty of shops and mouth watering menus priced at incredibly low prices.


Whether you want to walk along the sandy beaches, swim in the warm, lovely blue Mediterranean sea, explore the many unique shops in the town centre with its harbour and Promenade, visit the fair, go to the Aqua Park, take a boat trip, go clubbing, line dancing, salsa or go for a boat ride/cruise in the Mediterranean it will be almost round the corner ! There is plenty of night life in Punto Prima -and Torrevieja has it all.

Torrevieja has one of the largest street markets in Spain and every Friday, people come from miles around to pick up a bargain from clothes, shoes, electrical, household, fruit and veg - or even a spit roast chicken you will find it here.

For beach lovers in this Costa Blanca region of Alicante there are miles and miles of Blue Flag beaches starting only 5 minutes from the apartment.

For the sport lover many water sports are available with a large sport palace in town.

For the golfer there is a large selection of courses including the championship Villamartin course.

easy parking,both in private car park and on street,good lift,good pools,good shower,good value.. fan in bedroom was useless, had to buy a floor standing fan,good fan in lounge but light didn't work,table on balcony not useable, bathroom light sometimes comes on, sometimes doesn't , couldn't get anything from TV apart from pay for netflix,but we didn't want TV anyway . facilities in apartment were generally ok.inv bed..

This property should NOT be licensed. Health Hazard!
This property requires modernisation from the brickwork out. Needs complete rewiring, replumbing, replastering, new metal grills, refurbished balcony and refurnished. Not one piece of furniture matches another and all are totally uncomfortable. Take your own Firestick, trying to find all those advertised channels is impossible otherwise. It is a disaster and as for health and safety?....it is nonexistent! The kitchen has never been refurbished and is a serious accident waiting to happen. Each element of the gas cooker including the oven has one setting....HIGH! The bathroom needs ripped out and replaced. The only thing going for this property is Lyubca who oversees your arrival and departure. She is a gem but fighting an acknowledged losing battle!

Updating required and rectify hazardous appliances
Appt 7/ Floor 5, Lyon Fase 11, Punta Prima We had to leave the above accommodation early 22 September (booked until 11 October) due to an injury to my wife’s leg. Whilst at the premises we had several issues that we feel we should draw your attention to: (1) As you know we had requested a hob back in August 18 and 23, but had received no feedback on this request, due, according to yourself, that the recommended means of communication, ie via the Vrbo provided e-mail/messaging service did in fact not work, so you were unaware of our requests. When we did eventually make contact on Sept 8 via Lyubka, she told us the hob was old and not working and that we would have to contact you to authorise her to purchase a new one. Which is what happened, thank you. We found issues with this (4 burners to top and an oven) with electronic ignition for lighting the appliance. The electronic ignition did not work, so we were provided with a CIGARETTE LIGHTER to light the burners, not the ideal answer to lighting a gas cooker. Having tried this and experienced singed fingers I purchased a proper cooker lighter. I never attempted to light the oven with the CIGARETTE LIGHTER, much too dangerous. The gas hob burnt with a bright yellow flame and left black sooty deposits to the bottom of frying pans, which I believe is a sign of incorrect gas settings. A bright yellow flame, I am informed, is caused by incomplete combustion and can cause carbon monoxide generation. In all a dangerous appliance. (2) There was an electrical socket hanging off the kitchen wall. (3) The fans, one in the bedroom and the other in the lounge area were largely ineffective in coping with the summer heat. (4) Simple things like a bread knife, a condiment set (salt and pepper set) and basic written information with regard to the apartment were not provided. Overall we feel that the apartment very much requires an overhaul, being very tired and badly equipped and was not to the standard that we had expected from the description given on the Vrbo website. A complete refurbishment and decoration needs to be carried out. On the plus side the complexes twin swimming pools were excellent, clean and well maintained.

We are just back from staying at the apartment in Punta prima, we had a great week, the apartment has everything you could need, home from home, 2 swimming pools and sunbathing areas were very nice, the apartment areas were spotless as was the apartment. Lybuca met us and gave us all the information we needed and was extremely pleasant. We will definitely be going back. The beach is just 5 minutes walk, and the restaurant and bars also 5 minutes walk close to all the amenities. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfecto si quieres pasar unos días cerca de una playa y desconectar un poco, es pequeña pero no va mucha gente y siempre hay sitio, por la zona no hay mucho que ver esta todo lleno de urbanizaciones si quieres ver algo tiene que ser por los alrededores.
