A 20 minutes drive from Murcia International Airport and 1 hour drive from Alicante Airport.
Under a 10 minutes drive from our villa will take you to the fabulous beaches and sea of the Mar Menor in Los Alcazares.
The cities of Cartagena and Murcia are within an easy drive away.
Outside of the resort is The Boulevard with several bars and restaurants.

Great Villa
We had a fantastic 12 days at the Villa and the host was superb. We had one very minor problem whilst we stayed and Natalie had someone round in less than 2 hours and issue resolved , communication was great which is always a bonus. This is the 3rd villa we have rented on Mar Menor and was by far the best experience to date. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will book again.

Another excellent stay on Mar Menor Golf Resort
We have visited Mar Menor Golf resort 6 times now and once again we really enjoyed our stay. The villa is perfect size for our family of 4 with good outdoor area size and lovely pool. The only addition I would recommend would be a dishwasher in the kitchen and air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was unusually hot the 10 days we stayed (35 degrees every day). Overall would highly recommend and we will I’m sure be back in future.

Excellent property
A lovely villa in an ideal location, on the edge of the complex so not overlooked. Great outside space and the resort is immaculately kept. We had fantastic holiday and would happily return to this villa without hesitation.

Beautiful and clean villa with a fantastic pool. The resort itself is great for families
The villa was fantastic, very clean and well equipped and the pool was great, clean with sunshine all day. Great for families. The resort itself is lovely, quiet but enough entertainment and restaurants to keep two girls aged 12 and 17 entertained. The owner of the villa is always to hand on email if you have any concerns. Will stay again

Het verblijf ligt heerlijk rustig op een mooi golfresort. Het huis heeft een heerlijk groot overdekt terras met fijn tuinmeubilair, niet van die plastic stoelen. Een lekkere tuin met ligbedjes en een fijn zwembad maakt het compleet. Je kunt altijd in de schaduw zitten als je wilt. Het huis zelf is prima, beneden goede airco, keuken wat rommelig en niet zo heel schoon zonder vaatwasser maar wel handig een wasmachine. Boven drie slaapkamers maar helaas maar een mobiele airco, wat echt te weinig is en wat hoogzomer echt nodig is. Bedden niet zo top maar wel schoon. Badkamers prima maar qua hygiëne nog wat aandachtspuntjes. Het park is heerlijk rustig, keurig onderhouden en er is een prima winkel. Verder een super lieve house-keeper en heel goed contact met de eigenaar. In de buurt een aantal mooie steden en leuke uitstapjes, jammer dat tennis vervallen is en padel moeilijk tussen te komen is als vakantieganger. Maar wij hebben een lekkere vakantie gehad!

Mucho mejor q las fotos
Las fótos no le hacen justicia, el salón está renovado con pantalla plana enorme, el resto de la casa también perfecto y el exterior muy bien. La única pega que no tiene lavavajillas y la ducha exterior y barbacoa quizá necesiten también un renovación, Por lo demás todo muy bien, volveríamos sin duda.

Magnifiques vacances dans ce bel endroit . La maison est très belle , très propre , bien équipée et sans vraiment de vis à vis . Le domaine Mar Menor est sécurisé et tres bien entretenu Mes enfants ont adorés la piscine qui est exposé toute la journée . Le propriétaire était très accessible , réponse rapide et informations complète . Nous y retournons sûrement 😃
