We'd love to welcome you to our tranquil, children friendly beach hideaway. With everything a family could ask for, it's located in a quiet court & only a 7 minute walk to Whites Beach. The Sands golf course is also just around the corner. Our lovely back garden is the perfect spot to unwind in, lush & safe for kids, plus the warm outside shower is great after a day at the beach! A large open plan living & dining area opens onto the al fresco, you will be you relaxing in no time.

The quiet court is perfect for kids to play in, included at the house is a double pram/pusher & a single one too, also 3 x high chairs & 2 x porta cots, quality toys, all single level & perfect for the little ones.

The whole house has been upgraded with double-glazed aluminium windows which will keep the heat in when it gets cold. Two heaters (gas heater and reverse cycle air conditioner) will heat up the house in no time and keep you comfy. (Additional electric heaters in the bedrooms)

The house is perfectly set up for remote working. High speed NBN with a Nest WiFi Mesh network that delivers top speeds into every part of the house. Zoom calls etc. can easily be handled. We tested it ourselves. 3 areas to work in: 1 desk in each bedroom, plus the main dining table.

The bunk beds are low, only 120cm high. look up ‘Charlie Wooden Bed Freedom’ for more information. PLEASE NOTE TOP BUNKS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 9". Both bunk beds have attached guardrails for additional safety."

Close to The Sands Golf course & club house, the esplanade and beach, super quiet and serene.

PLEASE NOTE THE GARAGE IS LOCKED FOR THE OWNERS OWN USE. THERE IS PLENTY OF STREET PARKING AND DRIVEWAY PARKING

Everything Torquay has to offer is within a few minutes drive, the local Woolworth's supermarket is 6 minutes drive away.

The house has a Nespresso coffee pod machine. We will supply a small amount of pods to get you started but please BYO coffee pods if you are a big coffee drinker!

We are pet friendly but you need to let us know in advance, and adhere to the following:
- Dogs must not be left alone inside the property as they may damage the furniture
- Dogs also must not be left alone outside when you go out as they are likely to bark
- Please clean up all dog droppings in a plastic bag, seal it and place it in the outside bin
- Please clean up properly after your pet.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
