What a great stay. Jake at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgable during our stay, my sister wanted a photo with him before we left! The hotel room was beautiful and the high tea and food at Gatsby was amazing. The service was impeccable. We will be back!

Great location, very interesting hotel, wonderful restaurant, and good food. I'm giving 100 stars for the saltwater pool—amazing! It's one of the best I've used in North America. The water is so warm, making it perfect for cold Toronto nights. However, the room was not as clean as expected for a five-star hotel. There were dust clumps in the closet, and overall, it didn't have a 'clean' smell. The bathroom could definitely use an update, with an old sink, a cracked countertop, and cracked flooring.However, The shower is good, with strong water pressure.

For the price of this hotel it was not as clean and efficient as cheaper hotels. Very run down in some areas - carpets full of stains, gross bathroom that needs work (clean cocking, paint etc) Room service very slow - outrageous prices. Promised a themed tea party and it not done - again the price was crazy for what we got. People nice that worked there, especially in the breakfast room.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed in two different types of rooms. Very clean needs some upgrades/fixes in the junior suite we stayed in. The deluxe suite was in great condition. They added extra touches like complimentary champagne, homemade cookies/macaroons and fresh flowers. Has a cute tea room for breakfast and a Gatsby bar for drinks :) Would recommend.

The experience was 5*. I found the British and traditional style quite refreshing from modern hotels. The experience was very, very nice. They had my luggage put in the room. They gave me a tour of the property. It was a small bottle of Prosecco in my room to enjoy. Some cookies were delivered in the evening. I found the entire experience very very, relaxing and sophisticated. I would highly recommend this property.

Staff are excellent. The hotel is a small gem. It has a lovely intimacy about it. The rooms are very high quality. The only downside is that if you are looking for a top-flight gym/spa facility, this isn't the place to go. It's a place to go for a quiet romantic stay in the city. Also, the TV package sucks. Does it really cost that much to bring in SportsNet and a higher quality cable service?
