Brand new hotel that is super clean and bright. Also has shuttle to and from airport, which was convenient. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious, and friendly front desk staff. (Thanks for the fresh baked oatmeal cookies!) Definitely a stay again!

This hotel was clean and safe. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Staff was polite and courteous. Decent breakfast.

Friendly staff, rooms are very clean, breakfast had a lot of different options, games in the lobby and comfy seating. Was even offered baked cookies when checking and had complimentary shuttle to a transit depot to go to the Eras tour. Close to the airpport which was great for early morning flights and not dealing with morning rush hour traffic. Shuttle to and from airport was also a plus! Did not use the gym or pool on this trip, so cannot comment on that

Shuttles seem to be an issue just like others had mentioned. We booked this hotel because of the free shuttles but we had to wait for almost 30 mins for it to pick us up from Pearson. Then if you didn’t prebook the shuttle the night before, you wouldn’t be able to have it until later hours. The wall is very thin, could hear people from hallway and next door, especially toilet flushing. Breakfast was just average and was at the lobby area so it’s just not a good set-up in my opinion. Probably will not stay here again.

Tru by Hilton had exceeded my expectations. The amenity is clean and new. The staff are very nice and responsive to queries and requests especially Manik. I love their breakfast buffet. It's really a value for money staying at Tru. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Toronto. The shuttle service from and to the airport was also convenient. If you want value for money, I would definitely recommend Tru.

I was in Toronto for an 6 hr overnight between flights and thought a Hilton airport hotel would be appropriate. This airport hotel is a 20 minute shuttle from the airport. The shuttle for this property was not well marked. In the morning the shuttle was running so late I took an Uber to ensure I made my flight. The staff was trying their best but they seemed understaffed at both check in and check out. It was a very expensive stay - but I expect the prices were driven by the Taylor Swift concert. I would be shocked if the regular cost for this hotel was the price I paid. ( it was the most expensive but the worst of the 3 I stayed in on this trip ) Overall I was disappointed in this experience.
