The service was impeccable, classy yet friendly. And don't get me started on the breakfast potatoes from the bistro, I'm gonna cry. Idk, there's just that vibe there. Just book it. You know you want to.

We only spent one night at this hotel and were satisfied with the amenities on the property. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. Parking is very limited and is located down the alley from the hotel. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but appears to be moving in the right direction. The rooftop restaurant bar is very cool.

Horrible over all.
When i checked in, the front desk said my room wasn't ready so they sat me in the restaurant, that front desk person went home and didn't tell the other one taking over that i was waiting. The tub in the room had hair clogging the drain. And if you're walking up to the hotel from public transit, there's no numbers on the doors so hard to tell where it is. The rooms wall paper and chair is outdated. The sinks don't work, the only source of water is the tub.

Great spot. Awesome restaurants and environment near by. Staff was kind let us check in early when we were getting ready for a wedding, kind compassionate and friendly. Rooms were cool vibe modern contemporary, beds were very comfortable. Upscale classy feel would recommend.

People with children should really keep them quiet at 7 am and parents should know better to keep the tv turned down. This would be suited for adults only.

Parking is expensive and terrible in Toronto. The hotel had very limited on-site parking (located in the alley behind the building)... and so, we had to use the municipal parking lot across the street. Additionally, paying for a 24-hour parking spot in the hotel does not include in/out privileges. You will lose the spot if someone else takes it while you're gone.

A lovely hotel. The decor was really good and the bed was probably the best I’ve ever stayed in. We had a faulty AC unit but they moved us to another room and gave us a voucher for breakfast overall it was a lovely stay and would definitely sty again

Broadview is my go to! It’s always amazing and we love it. The only note is there is no smoking on the terrace which is not mentioned when booking.
