The hotel is clean for the most part and ok. If you are looking for super modern you won’t find it here, however the pool area was clean, towels are clean, rooms overall are decent. The property could use a facelift and fresh paint but I would stay with them again. Plus the staff are crazy helpful and attentive.

The staff was incredible, super friendly - specially the ladies serving breakfast. The rooms were okay, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable but the queen bed was fine. The second floor room, where we stayed, was outdated: carpets, bathroom, couch. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. The free parking and proximity to highway and GO station was great. I would stay again if I can verify that I’m getting a newer/recently updated room.

Excellent on all counts! From the moment of arrival, the grounds people were helpful with our parking selection to the folks at the front desk who set us up with our room. We got a suite as I had requested a room on the lower floors. Ended up to be the second floor. The suite was spacious and inviting. Almost did not want to leave for our dinner date. The Continental Breakfast was the best we had on our five week trip across Canada. The staff were helpful and really made an effort to put a positive spin on your day. All and all, we very much enjoyed our stay!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We needed a small apartment type accommodation for a week’s stay and it was an excellent choice. They even have a small ‘social’ tapas style offering three week days a week.
