Our family of 5 just checked out today after a 4 night stay and we were very impressed with the Springhill Suites. We stayed in the double queen room and it was so spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was well organized and had a decent selection (typical hotel spread). The pool was fairly small but quite functional. The exterior of the hotel was well taken care of and the parking lot was easy to get in and out of (however the stalls themselves were pretty tight - we had a Honda CRV and there was always the fear of getting door dinged). We would most certainly stay at this hotel again, very pleased!

Plenty of space in the Queen suite with shower and toilet is separate spaces. The real bonus was a great HOT buffet breakfast, with amazing oatmeal/cereal bar.

Average stay
The hotel was very average, not the Marriott class I’m used to. Rooms were ok, noisy due to highway and kids screaming at all times. Breakfast was busy no matter when you went and some items not replaced. Elevators had line ups most mornings. Drinking cups not cleaned or changed. Coffee cups not replaced every day. Didn’t leave enough towels in the rooms. Service staff not pleasant at all. Rooms were ok, liked having the toilet separate from the shower. Beds were comfy. Room ac made a lot of noise.
