The location and views from this apartment were perfect! A 2min walk across a bridge to Rodgers Center, and a great view of the CN tower. Unfortunately the communication from the staff was off. They started contacting us a few months before our stay asking us to cancel our Expedia reservation and book directly through them. My bag had to be delivered from the airport and even though I talked to them several times about it coming and they assured me it could be left there, they refused to take it from the delivery driver. Luckily I was a few blocks away and ran over to get it. We confirmed how to check out and followed check out procedures but still received calls and texts while in the airport that we needed to check out. There was a few more. Not sure if the communication errors were on our side or a combination, but it was so unfortunate because everything else was great!

Amazing location if you are going to Roger’s. Tons of restaurants in the area and walking distance to union station. The hosts were magnificent and so accommodating. The unit did need some repairs to it, but it worked well for our family of 5. Disappointed in the pool being closed the whole time we were there with no explanation past “maintenance” and no maintenance work in sight.

Spectacular view of CN tower. Walking distance off all major Toronto attractions & main transport stations. Building have great location and pretty good amenities (pool, gym) available parking on site (extra charge) if need it, but also has many parking options for lower cost at walking distance. Great place to stay with family or friends. Perfect location if attending a game or concert at baseball stadium or hockey/basketball arena, all within walking distance.

All was fine, but the check in process was awkward; had to contact the office and then they had to send an email - many people waiting. Should have been better. Received a fob for the garage, but no one could really verify if I had a spot. I didn’t think I did, but the presence of the fob was confusing. Once in, all was fine.

The location is fantastic. Literally less than 5 minute walk to the CN tower and aquarium. The building itself is very nice and I felt safe and secure, but the unit needs some TLC. Upon first glance it seems nice but the furniture is dingy. You can see stains on the kitchen chairs and stains on the walls. All of the decorations had been taken off the walls for some reason. You could still see all the screws in the walls where everything was hanging. The chairs on the balcony were dirty. It could be a really nice setup just need to get a different cleaner and replace the furniture with non-cloth items.
