Shout out to Leema on the front desk. She was the only desk staff while her colleague was on break and dealt with a constant stream of phone and in-person requests gracefully and professionally . Thank you for accommodating our room change request! The property in general is what one would expect for a college dorm. The rooms were basic, but large, clean and comfortable.

the location is good and have a lot of options around, the playroom is really nice. The room is big and have a small kitchen inside. The parking is a little bit expensive but very close to the hotel The staff are nice and supportive

The only issue we had was the lift not working when we had to leave from the 8th floor with three weeks worth of luggage but they sent staff up to help us which was amazing!! Brilliant stay! Highly recommend!! Great location too!!! Safe and walking distance to so many cool places!!

Sorry to tell all future travellers. There is no pressure of water in the basin. The reception guy came and said this is how it is in entire building. You cannot brush your teeth before going to bed or after waking up. AC not working. the reception guy said that is how it is in the entire building. !!

Great location for travellers to do some sightseeing near downtown Toronto. Barebones, with no amenities though. Bathroom was small, and shower water pressure was low. We liked that there were 2 separate rooms for privacy if travelling with more than 2 persons.
