Upon checking in, I was not told about any benefits that I should have received with my booking. I found this out afterwards. Our shower leaked and we had to constantly clean up water on the bathroom. The front desk sent up a “sorry for the inconvenience” package, which was lovely. However the shower didn’t get fixed, their maintenance crew just tilted the shower a different way. Soaking up water, walking on soggy towels, having to change towels through out the day on the floor was annoying. The restaurant had fantastic service and the serving staff there made my whole stay that much better. They were amazing!

Staff were amazing. Jenna, Burak from front desk and Tatiana and Fraser were exceptional at the restaurant. Rooms were very nice, bathrooms need some touch up on the ceilings as the paint is chipping and the bed light was not working. Otherwise it was perfect. Stayed there multiple times and looking forward to my say in Match 2025

Great location with good restaurants across the street - perfect for a bad weather stay - comfortable room and bed, good shower. Breakfast is overpriced, but it's the city .... we went out and got coffee a couple of blocks away. Easy walk to and from Scotiabank Arena. Will stay here again next time we're in town.
