It’s a good location for traveling on the train and coming from the airport. There’s plenty to do close by. It’s clean and comfortable. The price point is better than many hotels in the area.

Staff were very helpful and the hotel is in good condition with a nice, but slightly small, fitness centre. Room was a good size and the bed comfortable. There was an ongoing noise from the car park behind the hotel that sounded like a generator, which was a bit annoying and didn't help achieve a peaceful sleep.

The property was very close to all the attractions I wanted to visit in Toronto, most notably the Hockey Hall of Fame and Scotiabank Arena. Also, the proximity to Union Station was also a benefit for my return trip from Pearson International Airport.

Room was very clean with nice amenities, although there were some issues with the fixtures in the bathroom not wanting to stay attached to the walls. That said, the location of this hotel is great for shopping, walking and entertainment. Its a short walk to Union Station as well, so has easy access to transit options. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the cafe on site has some lovely breakfast options. Overall, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Hotel is an easy walk to Union Station, and St Lawrence Market. Good restaurants and pubs just across the street. Room seems recently renovated and clean. A great place to stay when visiting Toronto.

My stay was comfortable and the room was well appointed and clean. I don't understand why hotel room doors always make a loud slam, no matter how quietly one tries to close the door. I was woken up a few times in the night by doors opening and closing (not the fault of Novotel or the other hotel guests, but by the manufacturers of the doors!). I would stay again, but with better ear plugs!

It was good, restaurants close, entertainment was in walking distance. I have a large oversized vehicle so was able to park in alley but would’ve been nice to be able to park in garage. Overall I have no complaints

Excellent stay at this hotel . 10 minute walk from Union Station , St Lawrence Market and Bus station and 20 minute walk to lakeside restaurants/bars . Room at hotel was spacious and very clean as was the shower .
