Overall the stay was great and the location was centrally located to anything you want to do in the city. However, the temperature of the room was very uncomfortable due to not being able to adjust the thermostat. It was 87 degrees in the room. We contacted the office and they sent us instructions that basically said temperature can’t be adjusted and if it’s too warm in the room open a window or door. We had to leave our balcony door open our entire 3 night stay which was not a great solution since we were in the middle of the city, so it was very loud, and also there were other tenants smoking etc. on their balconies, so their smells were coming into our room. Would have been a better, more comfortable stay if we or someone who worked there could have adjusted the temperature of the room.

The perfect location for attending an event at Rogers Centre! The place is so cute, perfect for two! Had everything we needed. I loved all the security and parking underneath. Communication was great as well. I would defiantly stay again.

It was a great location for the Rogers Centre. Our unit was clean and had a beautiful night view of the CN tower. Loved the accessibility of walking to area locations, restaurants and shopping.

The location was excellent. Staff were super friendly at the front desk. Communication through email or texting was easy with prompt responses. The room was a little outdated. Clean room- conditioner pump was broken an unusable in the shower, pillows were behind terrible. The key fob for the elevator system was hit and miss— at one point we got locked inside a parking garage stairwell because of this issue. However, it was close to the action and we appreciated the kitchen and under facilities in the room.
